Fantastic sailing course with Stéphane. As beginners, the group learned the essential information and equipment needed to leave the harbor and moor the boat afterward. On the water, we learned basic maneuvers at different positions (steering, tacking, knots, etc.). These two days provided a great overview of what sailing is all about. Next time, I'll take at least five days to delve deeper.

I had an excellent sailing trip with this skipper. He is extremely competent, very pragmatic, and has extensive sailing experience. I particularly appreciated his teaching style: he taught us to sail by focusing on the fundamentals, especially chart reading and navigation without relying on electronic instruments. This very hands-on approach made the experience both educational and exciting. The wind conditions were sometimes quite strong, but he always remained remarkably calm and in complete control of the situation. You immediately feel that you are in the hands of someone very experienced. In the end, it was an extremely enjoyable, enriching, and reassuring trip. I highly recommend this skipper to anyone who wants to have a real sailing experience and improve their sailing skills.

My third sailing course and it was by far the best! Stéphane is an excellent sailing instructor, very patient and skilled at teaching, but he also knows how to challenge us to help us improve! He's also incredibly friendly and a fantastic cook (big shout-out to the sausage rougail)!! The boat is amazing! Super spacious and very well designed!

My wife and I hired Stéphane for 5 days of coaching on our sailboat and it exceeded all our expectations. He is a super-competent coach who adapts very well to the level of his trainees, an excellent teacher with a very friendly and calm personality. In addition, he helped us better adjust our standing rigging (shrouds, etc.) which really needed it! A great destination the French Riviera and the Italian coasts, the stops are very nice especially in Italy and the restaurants are great. Stéphane the skipper is the best he is our friend, we can't wait to do this adventure with him again. Stéphane put us at ease from the start his professionalism, friendly a great drink, and in addition a fine cook, a real guy a whole guy. The highlights were the evenings after having sailed well a good meal and stories until late at night with super-panoramas on the boat.

A magnificent trip from Antibes to Monaco which allowed us to discover magnificent residences, splendid landscapes, to play with dolphins, to go to sea and to sail in a pleasant and safe way with two children on board. The boat is very pleasant and the skipper is full of stories, advice and attention. A memorable trip. Stéphane is not just a skipper, he is a real magician who shares his passion for the sea with a rare enthusiasm. Some sailors fight against the forces of nature, Stéphane dances with his boat on the surface of the waves and took us with him in a magical java while we danced like poles. We were lucky enough to be able to admire a sunrise off the coast of Monaco then go 7 knots on a rough sea aboard a boat so comfortable that it made the navigation as delicious as an Argentine tango.

Magnificent cruise, perfect destinations, everything went very well. Stéphane is a real sea dog: he sleeps outside whether it rains or blows, he is also a very good cook. I have very good memories of our dinners on the boat, especially the evening when Stéphane prepared us flambéed prawns with rum. A real pleasure for the taste buds and the eyes because we anchored near the island of monks.

Excellent cruise on a Dufour 2800 on a human scale that allows you to discover sailing and improve your knowledge of the different settings. The boat is small but ideal for a couple. The welcome on board was very warm and everything you need was there to enjoy the moment. Bring a cooler and ice to keep it "fresh" throughout the cruise. 3 days/2 nights departing from St Laurent du Var with a stopover in Saint Honorat and one at Cap d'Antibes. Sailing periods and walks on land to discover the places. The best! What a surprise!!! Not that we had any doubts about the person, but when we discovered Stéphane's story. Stéphane is simply a great sailor and a very good teacher. Both discreet and exciting. He knows how to be there to teach his technique and to step aside to let us believe that we are sailing alone. He gives confidence, passes the baton and is not afraid to let his passengers take the helm (including to dock). And what a story! He is just Cape Horner and one of the 6 people in the world to have sailed solo around the world in reverse. In short, a very nice encounter and a privilege to sail with such a skipper. Some figures: 242 days, 1L of water per day, 1/6, ... The best moment is I think the moment when we understood that Stéphane was an exceptional sailor and the following ones where we made him talk to discover the details of this world tour.

Beautiful day at sea with sailing and anchoring in the bay of Villefranche with swimming, lunch on board and sunbathing! Return to the Port of Saint Laurent by sail at the end of the day. Stéphane is very good company, he shares his passion while making us participate in the maneuvers! His competence and experience are reassuring for the passengers, I highly recommend for a beautiful day at sea and a big breath of fresh air :)

Despite the capricious winds, we enjoyed 3 very nice days at sea. A coastal visit to the rhythm of the waves and stopovers according to our wishes. Life on board was organized very naturally with an obviously nostalgic return to land. To do again very soon! Stéphane welcomed us on his boat with generosity and kindness. He shared with us a little of the thousand lives that he seems to have lived and which probably do not represent half of the thousand others that he is about to live. We felt very safe at all times and had the feeling of living an adventure. An enchanted interlude that we highly recommend to all lovers of nature and the sea. We left the anchorage at 3:00 in the morning because of a capricious wind, followed by a passage to Cap d'Antibes where we were a little stirred up and taken out of our sleeping bags... Our Skipper was sure to respond to our request to experience the sensations of sailing at night... We were served and if we had to do it again, we would try it again without hesitation.
